Alyssa serves as our Member Relations Specialist, bringing energy and dedication to the team since 2020. She plays a vital role in supporting our agents with policy changes and ensuring customers receive prompt assistance with inquiries and payments—all while driving excellent customer satisfaction. Alyssa also balances her professional life with part-time work at Sherwood on the Hill Golf Course.

When she’s not working, Alyssa enjoys spending quality time with her nephew, friends, and family, and is an avid volleyball player.
